Released! Left Alive - Square Enix game on PS4 and Steam

It’s finally here! The video game I voiced the AI (Koshka) for has been released in American markets!

LEFT ALIVE™ is a brand-new survival action shooter available now on PlayStation®4 and STEAM®.

Veteran developers, Toshifumi Nabeshima (director, Armored Core series), Yoji Shinkawa from KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS (character designer, METAL GEAR SOLID series), and Takayuki Yanase (mech designer, Ghost in the Shell: Arise, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Xenoblade Chronicles X) join forces to create LEFT ALIVE’s dark and gritty world.

LEFT ALIVE tells a human story of survival from the perspective of three different protagonists during the devastating invasion set in war-torn Novo Slava in 2127.

Big thanks to Square Enix and to the awesome guys at Binari Sonari for an excellent recording experience.

Check out my Resume and Reels section to see and hear some clips from gameplay!

Thanks to Paul, Stephen and Graham for your help in making this video a reality! Looking forward to the next one.

A brief hiatus

Just before I moved to Los Angeles, my family got the difficult news that my mom has Alzheimer's Disease. My grandmother had it as well, she passed in 2012, and my great uncle is currently living with it. It is a very difficult time for us all. I am spending the summer helping my mom to move from her home into a "progressive-care" facility, so that she is taken care of as she moves through the early stages of her disease.

For anyone who wants more information on Alzheimer's and how you can make a difference, visit here.

Cast: USC Industrial - PTSD Treatment 10-week Training

I could not be more excited to get to continue work with the USC School of Social Work on their PTSD trainings for therapists of veterans. I will now be participating in a 10 week program, portraying a veteran with PTSD for live interaction with therapists as they implement the new treatment program. So grateful to my friends at USC and to the therapists who will be participating, so they may better serve the men and women of our military.

Cast: USC Training Video

I am pleased to announce I will be playing a veteran for the USC School of Social Work's new training series for therapists. These videos will assist therapists in learning a new program for treating PTSD in our troops after they return home. I am humbled and thrilled to be a part of something that will be of direct benefit to our military who often face unthinkable circumstances in service of our country.

Relocating to the West Coast

When I moved to NYC, I decided I had a 5 year plan: take in all the city has to offer, and after 5 years go check out the Left Coast. As it turned out, I was involved in some compelling projects and then chose to go to grad school, which stretched out my NYC time to an entire 11 years! It's been incredibly enriching, and now it's time for my next challenge.

LA: I'm headed for you this summer, see you in August!

We're Open!

Hamlet has officially opened! We performed to a sold out audience in Reggio Emilia, and were welcomed enthusiastically to their stage. I've had a great time so far, learning from my fellow cast-mates and the students in our classes. I've seen Shakespeare for the first time again through their experiences, which has been magical and an honor. So exciting to bring the beauty and poetry of the Canon to these classes, I'm just honored. Next up, San Lazzaro!

Leaving on a jet plane...

Well, I'm off for Hamlet in Italy! I'll be spending the winter rehearsing and performing in Reggio Emilia, San Lazzaro, and Bologna. I'm very excited to work with the fabulous creators of Teatro delle Due, and I even get to teach high school students about Shakespeare while I'm there! More to come...
